Loaded French Bread
1 loaf french bread, cut in half lengthwise
1/2 stick butter, softened
2 heaping T. Mayo
1 c shredded mozzarella
1 c Monterrey Jack (or mozzarella)
1 c Cheaddar cheese
1 can olives, sliced
20 slices pepperoni, chopped
1 c mushrooms, sliced and roughly chopped
2-3 green onions, sliced and chopped
1/2 c sliced banana peppers
1 c tomatoes, chopped
Garlic powder, basil, Italian seasoning, etc., to taste
In a large bowl mix everything but bread. Stir well. Spread mixture evenly over bread and bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes. Slice & Serve.
Note: This recipe contains plenty of filling, so you could use it on 2 loaves of French Bread, not just one.
